After launching exclusively on the PS4 consoles back in February, Team Ninja’s challenging action role-play game Nioh is coming to PC.
The game will be available on PC through Valve’s Steam service from November 7, Koei Tecmo announced. This version will be released digitally as “Nioh: Complete Edition,” and will feature the original game and the three DLC expansions- Dragon of the North, Defiant Honour, and Bloodshed’s End. Said to capture “stunning high-end resolution graphics”, the Complete Edition will come with an Action Mode and Movie Mode, with stable 60fps and 4K support. Nioh’s newest outing also includes a new item, the Dharmachakra Kabuto helmet.
“The Wheel of Dharma kabuto is a form of ‘kawari-kabuto’–a family of helmets featuring fantastical designs,” explains Koei Tecmo. “This helmet features a red-lacquered front crest of an ancient Buddhist symbol depicting the eightfold path to nirvana. This holy image represents spiritual enlightenment attained by casting off one’s worldly desires and also holds the power to banish evil.
